The Scharc Group is a function- and cost-oriented building planning business with time effective and flexible solutions for practical and quality building construction, excellent design and high quality services. Our work method involves carefully listening to clients and transforming their wishes into cost- and time-effective planning solutions. We specialize in communicating ideas.

The Scharc Headquarters is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Further offices are located in Berlin and London. Every office presents a set of mixed professionals in architecture and management skills, and has its own group leader. The Scharc Group is organized into different strategic business subunits; Scharc Architecture, Scharc Building Information Technology (BIT) and Scharc Development.
