Workflow
With the use of state of the art information- and communication technology our forward thinking young team is able to simultaneously work on projects from our different Scharc offices in Europe. All our architecture is developed using 5D BIM and we use modern project planning tools to efficiently manage our projects. Thanks to these advanced working tools we are able to effectively combine high quality drawing and visualization with instant cost and time management during the whole project.
Mission
Our mission is to quickly realize functional, cost effective but high quality architecture that satisfy our clients demands in all ways.
Next to the Scharc architectural activities we also have a development department in which Scharc is involved in the earlier phase of building projects. We are allways on a quest to initialize and develop new project opportunities for both builders and investors.
