The new landmark on Södermalm is now complete and with nineteen floors, Strato boasts a magnificent view of Zinkensdamm and Tanto, as well as easy access to the bustling streets of Södermalm and the tranquil Årstaviken waterfront.

Strato offers around 88 new condominiums, with the top floor featuring an exclusive penthouse. Along Maria Skolgata, an additional six-story building will house 43 new apartments, including one, two, and three-room options, with two spectacular penthouses. The aim of original architects was to create more than just a living space; it's a place that simplifies everyday life. Along with the central location, Strato offers amenities such as a guest apartment for visitors, meeting rooms, and a lounge for work-at-home meetings. Garage parking for cars and bikes and additional storage spaces are also available. A restaurant in the building will serve as a social hub for residents and neighbors alike.

We joined the project when the construction company Zengun started their part of the project. We created the work drawings for cost-efficiency solution based on the original architectural design from Brunnberg & Forshed.
